The client portal is the work-flow engine that drives the QA process. It is designed with
default settings that push content through the process to minimize content sitting in the system
waiting for someone to act upon it. Additionally, it facilitates the program's goal of transparency
by allowing developers to log in and view each submission's progress. Below are some of the key
portal features:
- Account Management
Create additional limited access sub-accounts
Update profile, contact information, etc
- Content Submission
Batch upload feature to submit multiple builds at once
Editing capabilities
- Status Tracking
Browse to specific builds and identify what stage of the process they are in
Visibility into turnaround times – know when content will be tested
- Publishing Tested Builds
If the application has been approved for publication on the carriers delivery platform, the builds will
be published.
- Reporting
Pass/Fail percentages
Filtered views (outstanding untested builds, all builds of Game X, etc)
The portal is designed with the end-user in mind and we are constantly evolving the portal to improve the
process and usability. We want the portal to not only allow content submission and testing, but we want
